please keep in mind that i work best with feminine characters,
but enjoy doing all range of themes, from cute pastels, to heavy gothic & gore.I will do NSFW, however i do require proof of age.

NOTE: Commissions are only officially accepted once they're fully paid.Clients will receive 2-5 concept sketches of poses and rough character details to choose from.
NOTE: I as the artist retain all rights to any concept sketches not chosen, and may use them in future commissions, premades, or personal pieces with proper changes that may be required.Visual Reference of any characters are required.
I do not accept text only references, but i do accept moodboards & pieced out references, such as google images for hair, outfit, eyes, ect.. all separate.Changes to your commission can only be made during:
↦ Sketching : You may request any changes to the pose, expression, or clothing during this stage. Drastic changes to the pose and composition during further stages will not be accepted.
↦ Line Art : You may make sure any missing elements are added. This is limited to smaller items / accessories.
↦ Flat Colors: The client will always receive a flat colored WIP to verify colors are correct. You may request color changes during this phase only. After flat colors have been agreed to, you will not be allowed to request any kinds of changes.Commission Turn around time may be 5 days - 5 weeks depending on my que & any rl obligations.
all clients will be kept up to date at all times once their commission is started.The client will receive 1-3 PNG versions of the Commission that includes my signature that may not be removed.
CLIENTS only may RE-UPLOAD my ARTWORK ON SOCIAL MEDIA with proper credit

I RETAIN THE COPYRIGHTS TO ALL THE ARTWORK I CREATEMy artwork is for personal use only.

you may NOT use my work for NFTs or feed them into AI generators, doing so will result in a blacklist & revocation of any rights to any completed artwork.I reserve rights to decline any Commission.I reserves the right to stream process of the Commission or post WIP’s to social media.

Payment
Upfront payment in USD $ is required.
Only repeat & trusted clients will be allowed payment plans.Payment is accepted via paypal, cashapp, zelle, & amazon gift cards only.I reserve rights to adjust the pricing accordingly, depending on complexity, character amount, etc.Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your Commission and have asked for payment. Anything sent before then will be considered a tip or gift.My Commissions are non-refundable.
I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I am unable to finish your order for personal reasons.
any attempt to force a chargeback will result in being blacklisted & revocation to any artwork that may have been completed, and i will share that publicly in my server.
You can ask about your Commission status or for WIPs anytime to receive extra updates.

COMMERCIAL USE:Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed upon beforehand!for any non-merch usage including but not limited to: streaming assets, Social Media icons, promotional artwork, ect...
I charge a one-time fee of +50% - +125%+ of the total price, depending on how it's to be used.for any merch usage including but not limited to: book covers, makeup covers, prints, stickers, ect..

resell USE:Reselling or trading only applies to non-commercial art pieces created.
If you are or have been selling merchandise of any type or used the artwork in promotional material, you cannot resell it.Art by me must only sell for the same price, or less, that it cost when it was purchased.You are required to inform me before AND after reselling or trading my art. This means to inform me that you plan to resell or trade the art, which art pieces, and then to DM me the new owner's social media/usernames.
_{** This is required so that I can keep track of my work, help prevent theft, monitor trades / resells, and make sure no one is using my art in any way that breaks these terms. **}If you choose to trade the art for other art or characters, it will automatically lose all reselling value, and cannot be resold by any new owner for any kind of profit.** Always include my ToS link before giv ing my art to the new owner. **
